WHO AM I?

CHLOE BRANT

I’m Chloe Brant,  a personal trainer and online coach that is super passionate about women’s fitness. 

I am particularly passionate about strength training and all the benefits that come with it.

Pre and post-natal qualified, I also feel very passionate about showing women that continuing to train during your pregnancy is a great idea for the majority of people.

Over 5 years experience working with women in person and online 
has meant I have a wealth of knowledge to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

MY STORY

"I want the positive changes I've had in my mind and body for others."

After a rep session in Malia, I was the unhealthiest I had ever been. Eating whatever I wanted and doing no exercise at all. 2013 I needed to change and I started with running; I started running a few times a week but never actually enjoyed it.

My partner then introduced me to the gym and lifting weights and the love affair started! I loved the way lifting weights made me feel strong. The change in my mental health was also pretty drastic; being able to put my headphones in and just spend and hour focusing on me worked wonders for my mood.

I had lots to learn; I’m still learning every day. It’s now 2024 and I’m able to turn my passion into my career. I want to help others get in their best shape ever and feel the way exercise has made me feel. I want the positive changes I’ve had in my mind and body for others.
